Seats eight. Sessions are 30 minutes, so it's the one for a quick heat and dip, or book two in a row for the full hour.

Heat, sea, repeat
Warm up in the sauna for 10 to 15 minutes, then cross the sand for a dip in the sea. Rest, drink some water, and go again. Showers are just over the road. Bring water, a towel to sit on and your swimwear. You pay when you arrive.

Good to know
Which sauna should I book?
They're side by side on the beach. The large sauna seats 12 and runs hour-long sessions. The medium seats 8 and runs half-hour sessions (book two in a row for an hour). The small seats 6 and is the best value for a private hire.
How do I pay?
Payment is made when you arrive. Please come 5 minutes early.
Can I change or cancel?
Cancel online for free up to 24 hours before, or move to another time. Between 24 and 8 hours before, we'll move your booking for you: just call or email. We can't refund within 24 hours.
Is it OK for my health?
Saunas suit most people, but check with your doctor first if you're pregnant, take medication or have any health concerns. Don't sauna after alcohol, keep to 40 minutes at a time, and drink plenty of water. Nobody under 16, please. The full rules are in our terms.
Private hire and groups
Book any of the three saunas just for your group: the small one from €40 for 30 minutes, up to the large one at €180 for an hour for 12. Choose Private hire when you book.
Where are you?
On the beach front at Fountainstown, about 25 minutes from Cork city past Carrigaline. Showers are just over the road.
